Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you (“User” or “you”) and Seeneo Co., Ltd. (“Seeneo”, “Company” or “we”), the provider of seeneo.ai and all related features, additional services and interfaces.

By registering, signing in or using the service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and other policies published on the platform. If you do not accept any provision, stop using the service immediately.

These Terms are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522, Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, Civil and Commercial Code, Royal Decree on the Operation of Digital Platform Service Businesses Subject to Prior Notification B.E. 2565, and other applicable laws.

You may print, save or download these Terms from our website at any time for your records.

The following terms have the meanings set out below.

• ServiceA studio that creates 15-second vertical Chinese-style series with Thai dialogue and product videos from user descriptions, with job history and downloads. The system does not automatically publish videos or connect shopping baskets.
• ContentScene descriptions, Thai dialogue, titles, character or product details, video, audio and images, including existing content and works such as subtitle files, subtitle styles and templates, and other data users submit (“User Content”), as well as system-generated results (“AI-generated Content”).
• Legacy-plan creditsVirtual usage units under legacy plans, redeemable for video generation or other features, which may be granted through membership plans, free trials or announced promotional bonuses.
• AIArtificial intelligence and language, image or audio models developed by the Company or provided by third parties.
• UserAn individual or legal entity that registers for or uses the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the service. If you are younger, do not register or submit personal data to the service.

If you use the service for a legal entity, shop or other organization, you represent that you have lawful authority to bind it to these Terms. Seeneo may treat these Terms as binding on both you and the entity you represent.

You warrant that your registration information is true, accurate and current. The Company may refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or do not meet eligibility requirements.

The service is primarily designed for use in Thailand. If you use it outside Thailand, you are responsible for checking and complying with your local laws.

You may register and sign in using a Google Account or email OTP. Third-party sign-in is also subject to that provider’s terms. You authorize access to basic profile information necessary to create and verify your account.

Keep passwords, OTP codes, session tokens and devices strictly secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether performed by you or by others you authorize or negligently allow.

If you discover or suspect unauthorized access, immediately contact [email protected] so we can investigate and temporarily suspend access. The Company is not liable for damage occurring before that notification.

Use the service only for lawful purposes, such as short-video creation, marketing, brand communications or personal creativity, consistent with the law, public morals and these Terms.

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Impersonate another person, including private individuals, celebrities, politicians, public figures or government officials, without written consent.
• Create deepfakes of political figures, members of the royal family or anyone in a manner that may affect national security or public morals.
• Create child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of pornography.
• Defame, insult, harass or incite hatred against any person, group, religion or race.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, patents or others’ intellectual property, including using music, images or clips without the required rights.
• Deceive, defraud or conduct financial scams, including romance scams, call-center scams, pyramid schemes or unlawful fundraising.
• Make exaggerated product claims, especially about food, medicines, cosmetics, supplements or medical devices, contrary to Thai FDA laws or the Consumer Protection Act.
• Hack, use bots or reverse-engineer the service, attempt unauthorized API access, or circumvent usage limits and security systems.

Ownership of User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit, including videos, audio, scripts, images, logos and project information.

Ownership of AI-generated Content: Once you fully export a system-assisted work, you may use, reproduce, adapt, publish and commercially exploit it, while respecting copyright and these Terms.

Permissions you grant the Company: You authorize us to process your content to deliver the service and analyze system-security statistics.

Video-generation access and job admission status are shown in the studio. Registering an account alone does not automatically grant free or unlimited video generation.

Video-plan prices, allowances and promotional terms are shown before payment when offered for sale. Waiting times depend on the queue and processing-system readiness.

For existing members, renewals and access follow the plan purchased. You can still check payments and cancel an existing membership from your account.

For legacy plans, credits successfully used for processing cannot be refunded. For Creator / Pro monthly fees, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the first charge if you have not started using any premium feature in that billing period, by contacting [email protected].

seeneo.ai is provided “as is” and does not guarantee 100% accuracy of images, speech or product details in generated videos. The Company is not responsible for your publication of content on external systems or for indirect damage. The Company’s maximum liability is THB 5,000.
